American manners

The difference between two cultures – American and Vietnamese – creates many different thought from both sides. Therefore, there are some manners of Americans I do not like. However, it seems the balance of like is much greater than the dislike’s balance.
I like American at the point they never give up their dreams even they have many strong obstructions and they have to spend a long time to achieve their dreams. At this point, the president Obama is the excellent example. He had a dream to be the president when he was young. He got many strong obstructions, especially the racial discrimination. Nevertheless, he did not give up his dream to be the US president. Therefore, Americans now have the first president, who is African-American.
However, I dislike them at the point they are very noisy. If you attended to a group meeting or came to a restaurant, you would see how noisy it is. Since everyone wants to talk, everyone the other hears what they say, everyone wants to show their moods, they try to talk. But not only talk, they talk very loud; like yelling, they use body-language, they laugh without consciousness. For that reason, it seems they are fighting.
By the way, each person has a different idea; each culture has a different character. Therefore, you and I should not magistrate that it is right or wrong; it should depend on their culture and their opinion.

I like how appropriately you begin your blog. On a subject that could be very negative, you chose to emphasize the positive.

Your point about restaurant behavior is an excellent example of manners.

Keep working on those articles. Too many "the" articles where they shouldn't be :) Remember that is one of the last things to perfect in learning English.

haha, yes they can be noisy sometimes. I kinda think it is a good thing about them in some way though. At least, I enjoy being around loud people than quiet.
